can. Please DO NOT send more than one ticket about the same issue,
as this will only slow us down. If you resolve your query/problem
yourself, ensure that you let our Helpdesk know so as not to take
up our support staffs time unnecessarily.
Previous Announcements:
Server Work (17/01/2008 18:00) Backup and general server maintenance work. Latest service packs and Windows updates installed. This will cause
server downtime of approx 60 minutes for configuration and testing.
Update: Maintenance completed successfully.
Server Work (29th April 2007 18:00) Amendments to SQL Backup maintenance plans. This will cause
server downtime of approx 30 minutes for configuration and testing.
Update: Maintenance completed successfully.
Server Work (15th March 2007 17:30) We will be performing maintenance work on Weblink Server
on 15/3/05 at 17:30. This will cause server downtime of approx 30
minutes for renewal of SSL Certificate and upgrade for anti-virus
software.
